现在我们讲营养,真正讲营养,世界上最营养的是美国这个区域。这里有人到过美国的,大家可以了解,到美国你们诸位都有机会去。美国人极大部分早晨起来,很多人根本不吃东西,这样。有的人最多喝一点什么,或者是吃一个水果,或者跑得去街上面买一杯咖啡,然后一个热狗,或者是一个三文治,好了!中午亦是如此,晚上回去认真地吃一下。我们现在把这个早晨跟中午的两个热狗、那个两杯咖啡,我们一餐就吃那么一点点吗?不止耶!那我们还觉得不够,所以论营养是绝对够了,这我们要了解。实际上我所以特别强调这点,这概念你们要认识。我们消化这个东西,花掉的体力,花掉的体力啊,花了很多,吃多了你要消化它,要消化它呀!这样。所以我们吃很多实际上呢,实在是对自己最大的浪费,就在这地方。

Now we talk about nutrition, to really talk about nutrition, the most nutrition-conscious country is the United States (U.S). Some people here have gone to U.S. before, you would know, you all have chances to go to U.S. Many Americans wake up in the morning and do not eat anything, like this. Some people will have at most a drink, or a fruit, or they may buy a cup of coffee outside on the street, and a hot dog, or a sandwich, that’s it! It is the same for lunch. When they get home at night, they eat well. Now if we are to count the two hot dogs for breakfast and lunch, and the two cups of coffee, [and compare them with what we eat,] do we only eat these little in a meal? More than that! And we still feel that we haven't gotten enough. So in terms of nutrition it is definitely enough, this we should understand. In fact, the reason why I emphasize this point in particular, is that you should understand this concept. For us to digest these things, the energy it takes, the energy it takes, you would have to spend a lot [of energy]. After you eat too much, you would have to digest it, you have to digest it! Like this. So when we eat a lot, actually, it is a great waste for ourselves, just at this point.
