2025 Auspicious Light Festival
View All🌺 Auspicious Light Festival (吉祥圆根灯会): To commemorate Manjusri Bodhisattva and Master Tsong-kha-pa, the Tibetans specially organised the Light Offering Festival. For this festival, a magnificent mandala will be arranged, with extensive offerings dedicated to cultivating both blessings and wisdom.
🌺 22 November to 7 December, join us in a heartfelt celebration honoring Master Tsongkhapa. During this period, devotees are invited to write their wishes on the Prayer Offering Card and dedicate them with sincerity. Throughout the event, hundreds of thousands of colorful flower lamps and vibrant umbrellas will be offered in a magnificent display of devotion and gratitude. Benefactors are welcome to visit the BW Monastery at any time to participate in the offering of lamps and umbrellas, and to share in the collective blessings of this grand dedication.

🌺 Dedication of Merits: The merits from this ceremony are dedicated to all sponsors and their families, beings of all realms like mothers, and relatives who have passed away, for the elimination of obstacles, diseases, and disasters, alongside the increase of blessings and wisdom, the fulfillment of good aspirations, family safety, and auspiciousness.

★ As a safety measure, all light offerings will be placed on the open-air altar at the back of the monastery.
★ All amount collected will be used to support and sponsor the event such as meals and beverage, utilities and ancillary expenses. Name of donors will be acknowledged and displayed during the event.
★ Note: Any surplus from the donation to this event will be transferred to our Donation Box for Dharma propagation use and to help those in need, so that the merits from your donation will grow endlessly.
