How do you figure out how much you require? You can do it like this. You might want to eat the same way for a period of time. Then after you keep that way for a period of time, if you lose weight, then you have not consumed enough. But if you lose a little weight, that does not count. This is an accurate way of measuring. If you have kept the ethical discipline of not eating after noon, then perhaps you should wait for 10 days [and see]. If at that time, it is still not quite right, then this is a true [assessment].
