盛会中的盛会——广论四加行传承法会

亲得善知识授予传承是生命中极其难遇的喜事，而2月3日下午仁波切特加一场广论四加行传承法会，更是盛会中的盛会，请紧握生命飞跃的良机！

什么是广论四加行？就是格鲁四加行，其内涵分别是修四皈依、尊长瑜伽、积集资粮、净除罪障。因此，整本广论的法类都可以归入这四大类中。

加行就是修道前的准备。广论修习轨理中提到正修时应如何，分为三部分，一加行、二正行、三完结。第一点加行就提到修法前的六加行，包括了皈依发心、观想资粮田、通过修习七支以集资、净障等等方便。凡是广论中提到的六加行、七支供养或四加行，其实内涵都是一样的，只是开合的不同而已。

 A Feast within the dharma feast – The lineage transmission of the four preliminary practices of Lamrim

The opportunity to receive the lineage directly from an exceptional teacher is a rare and joyous occurrence. On 3rd February, Rinpoche is offering an extra session of lineage transmission of the four preliminary practices, which is indeed a “feast” within a Dharma Feast! Don't miss this chance of a lifetime!

What are the four preliminary practices of Lamrim? They are the four preliminary practices of Gelugpa, which are the four refuges, the “guru yoga”, the accumulation of merits and removing and purifying obstacles. Thus, the teachings of the whole Lamrim can be categorised into these four types.

Preliminary practice is the preparation before the meditation. The Meditation Session in Lamrim outlines what to do during meditation, which is divided into three phases: (1) the preparation; (2) the actual session; and (3) the conclusion. There are six aspects of preparation in the preparation, which includes taking refuge and developing spirit of enlightenment, visualising the field of merits, accumulating merits and purifying obstacles via practising the seven branches of worship etc. Whatever is mentioned, e.g. six aspects of preparation, seven branches of worship or four preliminary preparations, the connotations are the same, just that it is categorised as different branches and categories.
