【The Varieties of Karma】 - Complaining (internally)

Originally, with whatever little thing you do, you will have to just experience a little suffering now to exhaust it.  Instead, it becomes the causes for experiencing a very severe hell.  Ah, this, this is ignorance!  Earlier, I particularly wrote "slandering in the abdomen", what is that?  That is you are complaining internally in your stomach.  We often have this type of problem.  Actually, it could be something very minor, but you just keep at it, and keep it in your stomach, churning it over and over again.  Therefore, let me tell you this, for many of the rules that we've set here, if you feel that they do not suit you, you can say that this place does not suit you, I will choose to go somewhere else. But never ever complain and churn it over in your stomach.  This will absolutely cause you great harm.  When you churn things over and over again, it could get to a point where you try to gain sympathy and tell others about it.  After saying it, you would seek ways to stop certain things from happening.  That is even more serious, even more horrendous!  Although this is not splitting apart the sangha community,  it is a cause for dividing the community.  Like this.  This is a point that we need to pay attention to!  Not only here, under any circumstance, there should only be one thought, "Ah!  I am ignorant now, how can I improve myself."  No matter where one goes, just use Buddha’s teachings to examine and reflect on ourselves.  This is the most important thing.
