这个行、住、坐。卧啊,后面睡觉那一点,他特别开出来,所以这个地方没有包括在进去。

【语事业者,】

讲话啦!

【谓若请受,曾所未受,十二分教,分别了解。诸已受者,或自诵读,或为他说,或为引发正精进故,与他议论所有言说。】

下面就是「语事业」,我们要讲话,讲些什么?他就告诉我们,如果对我们没有了解的经论道理等等,「十二分教」是包括了所有的一切,那么这个要去了解它。已经了解了,那么自己读诵,或者呢是帮别人,或者为了「引发正精进,与他议论所有言说」。你看他这个地方要嘛不开口,开起口来,没有一个跟法不相应的。

The earlier part mentioned “standing”, i.e. standing in a particular place, and below is about sitting.

With regards to walking, standing, sitting and lying down, the point about sleeping (lying down) is discussed in particular later, so it is not included here.

【actions of speech】
This is talking.

【receiving the oral transmission of the twelve branches of scripture on which you have not previously received oral transmission; understanding all of these; reciting that which you have received; teaching them to others; and conversing with others in order to encourage their joyous perseverance】

Below is the "actions of speech". When we want to speak, what should we speak about? He tells us, if we do not understand the scriptures and commentaries etc - the twelve branches of scriptures include everything - we need to understand them. Once you understand them, you would recite them, help others, or converse with others in order to encourage their joyous perseverance. Look at this place, one either does not speak, or when he speaks, there isn't a time which one does not concord with the teachings.
