最舒服的就是那件粪扫衣，就是软趴趴地穿在身上，然后坐在家里，躺在沙发上面，最快乐是莫过于此。欸，他就偏偏要忙了个半天，一个礼拜至少到忙它五天，然后赚那个钱来，然后自己就受那个罪。一下子变成这样，一下子变成这样，一下子变成那样。然后回来以后又马上弄脏了，洗洗干淨、烫烫好，挂在那个地方，下面出去的还要表演给人家看，那多可怜！忙了五天去赚这个钱，还有最后这两天，然后最后两天呢去干什么？去表演给人家去看。表演给人家看什么？还是被人家牵着鼻子走。对不对？他一点点自己就做不得主，这完全是个奴隶！什么奴隶？就是这个东西的奴隶。这什么？邪见增上啊！

【The Varieties of Karma】– Being a “fashionable” slave

The most comfortable [clothing] is that garment of cast-off rags.  It is soft on the body.  Then you can sit at home, lie on the sofa, and there is nothing happier than this.  Eh, yet one feels that he has to work a lot.  [He has to] work at least 5 days in a week.  Then with the money he makes, he has to endure that kind of trouble be like this in a moment, like that the next moment something else again in another moment.   

Then when he comes home, the clothing is dirty again. After washing it clean, ironing, and then hanging it up, he then goes out and have to put up a show for others, how pitiful!  After busy making money for five days, there are two days left.  What does he do on the last two days?  Put up a show for others.  What does he put up for others to see?  He is still being led by the nose.  Right or not?  He has not a single bit of control of himself.  Completely a slave!  A slave to what?  A slave to this thing.  What is this? Increased wrong view!
