我们不要说修行难，你做任何事情，真正爬上去它一定有障碍的。做任何事情，我们现在爬楼梯、扫地没有一个事情，你看见了这个困难而停止的话，就停在那里。然后呢，你能够不怕，一步一步向前的话，什么困难都克服的。

Cultivation of our mind – Not retreating when faced with difficulties
We should not say that cultivation is difficult, anything that you do, there will surely be obstacles when you truly wish to advance. With anything, even climbing the stairs, sweeping the floors, nothing is an exception. If you see meet with some difficulties and stop, then you will stop [your progress]. Yet, if you could stop being afraid of it, and push forward step by step, you will be able to overcome any difficulty.
