【The Meditation Session - What to do in between meditation sessions】- Appropriate diet – Remedy for craving food.

In this way, "With such food you do not create misdeeds." If you do not create misdeeds then "you stay happy." Then we have achieved our final goal!

【Moreover, the remedy for craving food, 】That is another one. We cannot let go of food. What correct method then can be used to remedy this?【lies within meditating on the faults of food. There are three faults】

This is that you need to have practice. You need to know the faults of food. Once you understand the faults, you need to know the correct method to practice. The method of practice is contemplation. Below, it [i.e. the Lamrim] will tell us the correct way on how to practice contemplation, we will not discuss it here. So in this section it talks about the 3 faults:
