【三谓于其何等时分,应以何相如何观察,即于是时,以如是相如是观察,譬如午前可赴聚落,午后不可,既了知已,即如是行,尔时亦应安住正知。】
那么第三呢,就是除了去的地方以外,时间是怎么办。这个容易了解,说上午可以,下午不行,那么你就按照你所知道的去做。

Acting with vigilance - Acting vigilantly with respect to the foundations – Element of time

【The element of time: With regards to any period of time, you analyze to discover what will be happening and how to proceed, and then consider the situation in light of what you have concluded.
