The Sixth Branch of Worship, Supplication

【The Meditation Session】

Preparation (5) - The sixth branch is supplication

【The next verse expresses the sixth branch of worship, supplication:
I supplicate with palms joined in prayer
Those wishing to demonstrate their final nirvana—
Please stay for eons equal in number to the particles of the universe In order to bring happiness and benefit to all beings.  】

"I supplicate with palms joined in prayer, those wishing to demonstrate their final nirvana-Please stay for eons equal in number to the particles of the universe in order to bring happiness and benefit to all beings." This is it, supplication for Buddhas to be in this world.

【Supplication involves imagining immeasurable duplicate images of your body. In front of you are the buddhas in the buddha-realms of the ten directions who are teaching how to pass into final nirvana. You then request that they stay for eons equal to the number of minute particles within each of the buddha-realms in order to bring temporary happiness and ultimate benefit to living beings. 】

This also asks you to imagine the Buddhas in all ten directions and supplicate to them.
When you actually practice the seven branches, how we are like on a day-to-day basis is very important!  With our every action, if it accords [with the teachings], then that is when we are supplicating for the Buddhas to stay in this world.  Why?  May I ask then, can the Buddha live in the world by himself and do a monologue
