【修持轨理】正行 - 总共修法

【所言修者。谓其数数于善所缘,令心安住,将护修习所缘行相。】

这个能够感觉到的这个特质(心理行相)就是人,三界当中,六道当中,「人」最强烈、最有力。所以只有人道当中能修的原因就在这个地方,这个我们要了解。
当我们看见一个仇人来的时候,你一看见那个,心里面火气就来了,就这样。然后你看见好吃的东西的话,一看见你口水就流了,就是这个样。有的时候你没有看见自己的心理行相,应该这样说,就是你没有注意到,好像你心里还没有动,细的地方早就动了,细的地方早就动了,你们可以自己不妨试一下。

【Meditation Session】【Actual session – How to sustain the meditation in general】

【That which is known as "meditation" is the act of sustaining an object of meditation and specific subjective aspects163 by repeatedly focusing your mind upon a virtuous object of meditation.
(See Note 163 in Lamrim Pg 357: In this context, the object's subjective aspect is the guru's being a buddha and your mind's subjective aspect is your faith of conviction that the guru is a buddha.) 】

And the one who can best feel this (the “subjective aspects of the mind” or “mental action”) is a human being. In the three worlds and the six realms, only human beings have the strongest and the most powerful awareness of this. Therefore, that is why one can only cultivate in the human realm. This is what we should understand.

When we see an enemy approaching, once you see him, your mind is bursting with anger. Just like that. Then when you see delicious food, upon seeing it you would start to drool. That is how it is. Sometimes you do not see the subjective aspects of your mind. Or rather we should say it is that you did not pay attention to it. It may seem as if your mind has not been stirred. However, in reality, the subtle parts have already been stirred. The subtle parts have already been stirred. You might want to try this yourself.
