Perceive From A Positive Perspective
When our job position is reorganized, the best is to perceive it from a positive perspective. This indicates that the organisation is continuously developing and in the process of reforming. Otherwise, we may view it from our personal perspective, and feel we are unfairly treated and unvalued in all aspects. The result of such a perception is that we would harbour a grievance and be unhappy.
