Those Who Hurt You
Being hurt by anyone is equivalent to receiving precious treasures. You must be adept at recognising and unearthing such treasures. What treasures is he offering to you? Compassion and forgiveness. Hatred and jealousy are trash that you ought to discard. Respect and care for him. Dedicate merits to him. If you cannot be compassionate towards such obnoxious individuals, it indicates that you have not transformed your heart and mind.

遇到任何一个伤害你的人，等于获得珍贵的宝藏。你要善于识别宝藏及善于去挖掘。他要献给你的是什么珍宝？慈悲与宽恕。而仇恨与妒忌正是你要抛弃的废物。尊敬他、爱护他，功德回向给他。如果你无法对这些恶劣的人生起慈悲，当下显示出你的心尚未转化。
