Like your students from the bottom of your heart

If we always demand the students to follow rules and meet expectations of them, they will learn the same formula. And when they have their own students, they will apply the same on their students. This is one method of transmission.

In fact, educating by showing in our actions is very important. That is, we have to like our students from the bottom of our hearts, and really feel that they are very good! When we see them, we will think: It is so joyful to be surrounded by this group of students. We need to slowly cultivate such feelings for our students. It is only by then that we will able to educate them well.

打从心里真正喜欢自己的学生

如果整天用规矩要求他，他就把这一套全学会了，然后如法炮制去教育他要教育的人，这是一种方式的传递。
 
实际上身教非常，非常重要就是要打从心里喜欢自己的学生，真正地喜欢他觉得他在你心里边是很好的！看到他的时候觉得：能有这样的一群学生陪伴在周围，真的是很愉快的。要自己慢慢修习出这种感觉，这样才能很好地教育学生。
