If we can set our motivation before listening to the Dharma, we will then see our life of leisure and opportunity as a treasure that is difficult to obtain but easily lost, and that impermanence is fleeting, continuously moving towards aging and death. And during this process, we can actually come across such beautiful and pure path that leads to happiness and freedom from suffering, as well as the method to resolve birth, aging, sickness and death, it is to listen with full focus.
