The Weighty Consequences of Disparaging the Sangha
“It is also wrong to disparage the ordinary member of the Sangha. People may say, for example, “Those depraved monks,” but, as I have already mentioned, there is no difference between four ordinary beings （凡夫僧伽）who are monks and the Arya Sangha （圣僧伽). Would there be any difference in saying these things to Maitreya or Manjushri?”
