  One is barely half-way up the mountains when the sun begins to set. Dangerously stranded among perilously steep cliffs, Skyward, one looks to heaven for protection, And refuge on earth will soon be given.

• Interpretation

  Jade is revealed only after the stone is chiseled. Gold is found after the sand is sifted. You need to put in some effort. (Alternative: Trapped in a bad situation with no safe place to hide. Seek protection from the Gods and you would be fine.)

• Meaning Of This Lot

  Sifts the sand to find gold for one caught in a dangerous situation. A good omen where you can expect help from someone of influence.

  The mountaineer only reaches the middle ridge when the sun begins to set, so do not expect to be safe when walking along the steep perilous cliffs.

  The only way to be safe and sound is to pray for blessings to Heaven and ask the gods for help.
