Only the best for you, from Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva.
In year 2020, I found myself "working from bed". It was the pandemic, my clientele are solely from the Aviation industry. During circuit breaker, I had nothing to do for 4 months, with only the need to check for emails (usually none) and continue to "chill", awaiting the impending retrenchment from the company I worked in.
It was about July 2020 when I was introduced to a freelance initiative where the organization also had full-time opportunities.
Intuitively, I thought it's a life buoy bestowed to me and wanted to go for it. Alas! The 2 lots I drew on 2 occasions advised me not to advance, there will be another opportunity but this is not the right time. I did not heed the advice and went ahead for the interview. It was unsuccessful and I felt dejected.
Fortunately, things remained status quo, I was spared from the multiple retrenchment exercises.
In year 2022, I was invited to apply for another full-time position in the same organization. Due to the nature of the role, I didn't feel too confident.
I supplicated for lots on 3 occasions: Before I apply, when I receive the initial offer, and before I accepted the final offer. All 3 of them urged me to move forward without hesitation.
Fast forward to now, 1.25years into my role, I began to understand Guan Yin Pu Sa's wisdom and compassion. The first role tunes to my strength but I will be alone without a team, while my current role challenges me in new areas and puts me in position to work with my team mates, partners and more stakeholders with more flexibility.
Guan Yin Pu Sa has made his advice to my best interest and it was ultimately whether I had enough faith to allow myself to find out. Thank you Guan Yin Pu Sa!
