Pure Wisdom Camp Lecturer Qualification Assessment

Following the lecturer training for the Pure Wisdom Camp personally guided by Venerable Jing Yuan, BW Monastery conducted the Lecturer Qualification Assessment.

Lecturers were required to undergo a series of rigorous evaluations, including a written examination, practical oral assessment, memorisation test, as well as assessment of professional presentation and attire. These components comprehensively examined the lecturers’ depth of understanding of the course content, their teaching and communication skills, and the degree to which they had internalised the material. Only those who met the required standards in both doctrinal mastery and practical facilitation ability are formally entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Pure Wisdom Camp.

Through systematic training and a rigorous assessment framework, the BW Monastery Buddhist College ensures that its lecturers possess a solid foundation in hearing, reflection, and cultivation, refined personal conduct, and strong instructional and guiding capabilities.

📖 Ongoing Buddhist Lamrim classes are conducted regularly at BW Monastery, offering learners a clear and progressive path to study Buddhism in a structured way.

讲师们须通过一系列严格的考核：笔试、实践口试、背诵，还有仪表服装是评分项目。

全面检验讲师对课程内容的理解深度、讲说能力与内化程度。唯有在学理掌握与实际引导能力上皆达标者，方能正式承担带领净智营的职责。
