修行的契机——在疫情中淬炼学法的心

法师以师长“面对疫情不要慌”的立宗，教导我们对境要安立“这不是威胁”而是“修行的好机会”，进而引导大家皈依、造善。

讲师们接棒，用感人的小故事与影片，突显处处有温情。文讲师也强调在非常时期克尽个人社会责任的重要性，用影片解释正确洗手、戴口罩、健康自我管理的方法，大家也增长了卫生常识。

以前上大课，大家都是面对面的，从没想过在“空中共学”。是和尚，打破我们的惯性思惟，让我们在困境中找路——原来，学法的心够强猛，没有困难是突破不了的！

Prime opportunity to cultivate - during this epidemic, strengthen your will to learn the Dharma

In the second enrichment class, the Sangha community, basing on the objective "when faced with epidemic, do not panic" established by our Teacher, taught us that when faced with adversity, we must establish that "this is not a threat" but "a great opportunity to cultivate." They also guided us to take refuge in the Triple Gem and to do virtuous deeds.

From there, the lecturers took over. Narrating touching short stories and playing videos, they highlighted that there is compassion to be found everywhere. Lecturer Wen emphasized the importance of all individuals exercising their social responsibilities during times of crisis. With the aid of videos, he explained the proper ways to wash hands, wear masks, and practise self-care techniques. Thus, our general knowledge of proper hygiene is enhanced.

In the past when enrichment classes were held, everyone gathered together, facing one another. There was never a time when anyone could have thought that we would be "aerial learning". It was Abbot who broke through our rigid way of thinking, allowing us to find a way through our predicament. As long as our yearning for the Dharma is sufficiently strong, there is no predicament we cannot overcome.
