【颁发感恩状】千人同心，其利断金
总护持翁敬荃恭读住持净远法师对义工之感谢与祝福！
浴佛法会全体参与义工干部：
1，感谢大家用心的完成了这次盛大的吉祥佛诞！
2，6，7号，我也很关注法会进行，常有收到法师、秘书报告，还有官网的报道，我个人是非常的欢喜及满意的。不知道您满意吗？
3，法会过后，除了检讨与改善外，互相体谅、观功念恩是一定要的。
4，大家是为了发心建教、弘法、利生而来的。为了谋取个人的名闻利养，那是没有的，虽然做的过程中，难免有烦恼生起，但初发心都是为后世、为他人、为圣教的。这一点，我们一定要再再的肯定。
5，过程中，会不小心得罪了人，我们当然要表示忏悔。被得罪了，也不要在意，因为您不是来求被尊重，您是来净罪聚资、服务众生、发愿要成佛的。而对方也不是故意为难您的。纵然是故意为难您，您看成是修行的最佳机会 ，您成功了！而他，有做错，他也会反省。他看到问题了乃至下次改善了，不也是他成功的地方吗？
6，建教要靠一群人。这群发心建教的人，是尊贵的，我们遇到了，必要看到其最不共的优胜处，绝不要就过失与不圆满的地方去看，这是对自己最大的损失。虽然他可能出现身口不是很好的现象，但您怎知他的心念是什么？我们永远对他人要深怀敬意！
7，这次是我们办的最大法会，也动用最多的义工，大家的压力可想而知。真要好好的随喜团体的进步！那么多的摊位、那么多的展区、那么多的工作要协调，前行要做那么多，收尾也重头戏，而正行大家都很忙碌……这一切，都是大家表现出来的净罪聚资的修行。而因此次法会，接引了3万多人，这未来都会因我们而学道次，最后成佛，想想，多高兴啊！多少劫以前，我们不也是这样参加法会而被度进来的吗？

Dear 2017 Auspicious Vesak event volunteers:
Thank you for putting in your hearts and efforts for organizing the enormous Auspicious Vesak event so successfully!
I was also very concerned about the carnival on 6 and 7 May; regular reports were received from venerables, secretaries, as well as reports on BWM website. Personally, I am very happy and satisfied. Are you similarly satisfied?
After the event, in addition to reviewing for improvements, it is also important to have mutual understanding with, and OMAK (observe merits and appreciate kindness) each other.
Everyone's motivation is to establish and propagate the Dharma, and to benefit all sentient beings. None of us did it to seek personal gain. Although in the process of undertaking, arising of afflictions was inevitable, but the motivation is for our future lives, for others, for the Dharma. This point, we must affirm repeatedly.
In the process, we might accidentally offended others, we certainly want to express repentance. If we were being offended, do not take it to heart, because you did not do this to be respected. You came to clear your obstacles, accumulate merits and be of service to all sentient beings, aspiring to become the Buddha. Also, the others were not deliberately trying to make things difficult for you. Even if it was done on purpose, if you have taken it as the best opportunity to practice and apply the Dharma, then you have succeeded! If he was wrong, he would reflect too. When he sees his problem and strive to improve the next time, isn’t it also a success for him?
Dharma propagation depends on collective efforts. This group of people, everyone, who had made the aspiration to contribute to the Teachings, is very distinguished. Now that we have encountered one another, we must see one another's special strengths and qualities. Do not look towards the faults and imperfections. This is the greatest loss to ourselves. Although it might appear that his actions and speech were unwholesome, how did you know what his thoughts were? We should always uphold respect for others!
This event was the largest one we have done by far, and also activated the most number of volunteers. We can imagine the pressure that was undertaken. We really want to rejoice with the progress of the organization! So many booths, so many exhibitions, so much work to coordinate, so many preparations. The wrap-up post event was no mean feat too. Everyone was very busy on the actual days itself ...all this is the purification practice. This event received more than 30,000 people, who will learn the Dharma and attain Buddhahood because of us. Just think about it! Isn’t it a wonderfully happy thing? Many eons ago, did we not similarly participated in such events and benefited from it?
