从此刻起，直到成就佛果，愿我的身语意唯令上师欢喜。

依止上师不是只有当上师对我们微笑、送我们东西或做我们喜欢的事情，我们才会感受到依止心和恭敬心；其他的时候当上师对我们生气、指出我们的过失，或做我们不喜欢的事情，我们就把上师抛弃了。

遵循上师的教诫，甚至能够净除对上师最严重的恶业。纵使其他十亿的有情都对我们不高兴，我们的生命还是会有安乐。

今生来世，我们的修行都会的得力、成功。

From this moment til attaining Buddhahood, may my actions, speech and thoughts be able to please my teacher. 

Relying on the teacher does not just mean having the teacher to smile at us, presenting us with gifts nor doing what we like, and thus feel we are relying on and respecting the teachers. When our teachers seemed to be angry with us, pointing out our faults or doing things that we don't like, and we end up abandoning our teachers. 

Through following the teacher's instructions, it will allow us to purify even the most weighty negative karma with our teacher. Such that, even if billions of beings are unhappy with us, our lives will still be in peace and happiness. 

Furthermore, in our current and future lives, our practice will be strengthened and successful.
