所以假定说我们平常梦当中，常常见到可怕相，常常见到很荒凉，常常见到什么的，对不起，这个恶相已经很严重了，注意哦！那个时候尤其要注意，去忏悔。然后呢你只要忏悔得好，很快这个境界会转过来了。那个时候你会感觉到，平常看见那个恶相，可怕的，那时候你看见欢喜的现起了，有很多不同的。
