所以我们现在说不怕、不怕呀，我说实在是，我们愚痴没看见，看见了没有一个人不怕的。我这两天脚底按摩，那个说实在是算不了什么，可是到那个时候痛的时候，实在是难受啊！我们不要说不怕，所以我一直建议你们不要说不怕，你们最好自己试试，你们就晓得自己怕不怕。佛看得最清楚，所以你们众生愚痴啊！如果你们像我这样看见那个真正痛苦的话，没有一个人例外，都像苇芦一样，就像什么？就像一根绳子一样，你一放手就—瘫下来了。假定你们真正看到那个苦的形相的话，没有一个人例外的，塌在地上爬都爬不起来了，这么个严重法，那个痛苦的事情啊！所以他说“譬如肾痛”，这个的确我所看见的最痛的事情。
