Therefore but there is no harm to think about this by using what you can relate to. And then, the filth that you have eaten as a dog and as a pig would pile up higher than Mt. Meru. This is [specifically] for those who have more attachments. What are you attached to? Food and so on. And then, for those who find it difficult to part with loved ones and friends, "in the realms of cyclic existence," you will lose them. After you lose them, the tears that we've shed would amount to more than that. As you think of that, ah-ya, for the difficulties of losing someone, there is nothing that you can't let go of, nothing that you can't let go of. And then for those who have great hostilities, just look at that. Everyone would fight for some small matter - at least our normal fights won't end up costing our lives! But to fight until losing our lives, our heads that have been severed from that would pile up to reach beyond Brahma's heaven. Ah, that is incredible! And then, we have fallen to become a worm to eat feces and sludge so many times!

希求解脱 : 流过多少眼泪

可是却是不妨以你们自己的量去想一下。然后呢在这个犬豕当中所吃的不淨，高过于须弥山。这个是对贪的人，对贪什么？饮食等等。还有呢，对亲友难分别的人，「又于生死中」别离，别离了以后，我们流的眼泪已经高过这样，你想到了这一点，哎呀，难舍的这种事情，没有一点舍不掉的﹑没有一点舍不掉。还有呢如果嗔心大的话，你看看哪，是为了大家一点斗争——这个平常我们斗争总不至于送掉性命吧！斗争乃至于把命送掉，那个头积起来高过于梵世。唉，那个是不得了啊！然后呢，我们堕落小虫当中吃这个大粪、土，也这么多啊！
