人家常常说爱虚荣心的人，一下时兴流行的，流行这个，平常我们往往欢喜讥笑，譬如说女性，实际上男女皆然，没有一个例外的。为了加强我们这个概念起见，我们不妨这样说一下。说，一下时兴那个高领子了，啊，那个领子，那个脖子摆在那里真难受；一下那个矮领子，这么一点点；一下那个敞了，一下又是高跟鞋，一下又是那个东西。嗨，你简直是，你不晓得是怎么一回事情！他还觉得很得意。
