这个是殊胜的人哪，欸，最妙的所谓「堪忍铠」，不管你任何情况之下，欸，我可以挡得住！因为挡住了，所以在任何情况之下，不管它多难都能够行，这个才是真正的力。平常我们碰见一点小事情，自己就暴跳如雷，这是最差劲，一点用场都没有的。真正的大丈夫在什么地方？就在这个地方，他能够克服自己的烦恼，不为一切任何境界所转，那个时候你才能够有力量转那个境界呀！这个才是真正的力量，这个叫作大雄大力。

【Patience】- Superior Being’s Armor of Patience

For the most superior beings, ah, the most marvellous thing is the “superior being's armor of patience.” No matter what circumstance, ah, I can withstand this! Because you are able to withstand this, then no matter under what kind of circumstance, you can practice that which is ascetic. That is the real strength. Normally when we come across a little thing, we start to get mad; this is the worst and absolutely useless. What makes one a true superior being? It is right here — to overcome one’s own afflictions and not to be affected by the sensory object. Only then can you have the power to shift the sensory object! That is the real strength. This is called great mighty and great power.
