【Taking refuge】 – Reflect on the Three Jewels and transform our mind

We normally follow the ways of our defiled consciousness, so without us knowing, the mind continues to increase the defilement collections of cyclic existence. We don’t even know it, our lives are passed in this senseless stupidity, in the midst of attachment, hostility and ignorance. So now if you can reflect on the Three Jewels, then immediately we will transform this defiled consciousness to undefiled virtuous karma. It is such an incredible merit, such an incredible merit.
