Overall Interest
In an organisation, we ought to take care of the overall interest of the organisation. Do not pay too much particular attention to personal gain or loss. When strategic development and the pace of progress as a whole is adjusted, it is one thing to perceive it as right or otherwise, good or otherwise for ourselves. However, cooperation within the organisation is essential to avoid divisions.
