Change
Being conservative and staunch may not necessary be ideal; change and reform may not necessary be unpleasant, especially when it is for advancing a step further. Initially, it would be unsatisfactory; the only way is through the cooperation and understanding of the entire team; in addition, calmness and restraint are needed in order to continue.

保守、固守不一定就好；改变、更新也不一定就坏，特别是要能前进一步。开始总是做得不理想，唯有全体相互地配合、理解，还有安忍而继续。若能这样，可能就会更加吉祥。
