To be serious, focus and put in all effort in doing anything. When doing things, be aware of our mind. Have the right views and remove our internal afflictions. By doing so, we are able to clear obstacles and obtain merits. In order for us to remove all afflictions, we should always practice to use the teachings to remove our afflictions. However tough it may be, we should never give up
