EXTINGUISH CAUSES OF SUFFERING AND WE EXTINGUISH SUFFERINGS

There is a cause to the suffering we face now and that can be extinguished. The causes to suffering must be abandoned and dealt with, don't let it get ahead of us. Extinguish causes of suffering and we extinguish sufferings.
