I WANT TO BE STRONGER!

I want to help others, I cannot disregard a life, I cannot pretend that nothing has happened. I cannot ignore everything. But, I do not have enough capabilities... I am helpless… What can I do? I need to listen more to the perfect teachings, contemplate and practise so as to make myself stronger!
