It is so difficult for us to squeeze some time out at this very moment to listen to the teachings! No matter what we have on hand, or even if we are suffering… At this very moment, we should learn to let go! At this very moment, we should focus and listen to the teachings! By doing so, we are able to bring the greatest benefit to our infinite lives!

此时此刻

我们是多么艰难地才挤兑出时间, 才能在“此时此刻”听闻佛法！不论手边有什么事情, 不论承受着什么样的痛苦和烦恼。在“此时此刻”，都必须学习放下！在“此时此刻”，都必须专心致志地听闻佛法！这样才能为我们的无限生命带来最大的利益！
