First Memorisation Class Certificate Presentation and Sutra Recitation Offering Ceremony

On 8 March 2026, BW Monastery Buddhist College held the First Memorisation Class Certificate Presentation and Sutra Recitation Offering Ceremony, marking an important milestone for students who completed a year of dedicated memorisation practice. A total of 70 students took the memorisation examination, with 68 successfully passing and receiving certificates from the Buddhist College.

During the ceremony, students also offered four short praise recitations as a joyful offering to the Triple Gem. The event was attended by members of the Board and Management committee, who came to witness and encourage the students’ efforts in preserving and practising the tradition of scriptural memorisation.
