Community Leaders Celebrate Pasar Malam Opening

The Mayor, together with the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Jalan Besar Community Club, was invited to take commemorative photos in front of the Giant Golden Ingot installation and to receive New Year couplets personally written.

The Mayor present was Ms Denise Phua, Mayor of the Central Singapore District and Member of Parliament for Jalan Besar GRC. The occasion added a festive and auspicious touch to the opening of the Pasar Malam, symbolising blessings, goodwill, and shared joy for the year ahead.
