The first Insightful Praise Enrichment Class “The Guiding Light of Our Lives” was successfully held on the 17th August 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with nearly 80 participants. Among them, more than 20 volunteer supporters.

The event was planned and supported by Arts and Culture Department's Insightful Praise Class 2 under the leadership of Section Leader Ho Wei Chuen and his team members, with guidance from Deputy Director, Angeline Liu of the Arts and Culture Department. It also received strong support from Events Section, Section Head Tay Chai Nee, as well as the team members from the Auspicious Buddhist Hymns Section and the Auspicious Joyous Choir Section.

During the 2-hour session, participants attentively listened to Venerable’s discourse on the importance of Insightful Praises, gaining a deeper understanding of the meaning of “Insightful Praises is also a way of Cultivation”: Insightful Praise not only deepens one’s comprehension of Lamrim, but also draws us closer to the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and our teachers in all aspects of life, uplifting the state of our being. Many participants takeaway with them the confidence that practicing Lamrim through Insightful Praises allows them the opportunity to achieve a higher resonance between the mind and Dharma through offering Insightful Praises to the Triple Gems.

The participants eagerly learned to offer “灯明了”, sang passionately along with the audio-visual recording of “护法赞”, and sincerely offered “文殊菩萨祈求颂” to make aspirations.

Finally, everyone sang uplifting Insightful Praises such as “思念,” “欢乐颂,” and “祈祷的白云.” Filled with joy and Dharma bliss, all offered these melodies to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The session concluded successfully where everyone is looking forward to the next enrichment session.

The Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and our Gurus are the brightest stars in our lives. As disciples, we aspire to emulate their spirit like crystals—shining continuously, diligently listening to and offering Insightful Praises, letting the wondrous sounds remain in our hearts, keeping Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Gurus ever-present and never apart.

We pray that the Insightful Praises through the seeds diligently spread by disciples, will blossom and bring vast benefit to all in the ten directions! Deep gratitude to everyone.

2025年首场“生命中的明灯”赞颂提升课于8月17日下午2:30至4:30成功举行，文化艺术处迎来了近80人次，当中有20多位护持义工参与。

本次活动由赞颂二班的何伟权组长及组员们主导策划与护持，并获得文化艺术处副处长刘菁菁指导，以及文化艺术处活动组长戴彩妮、吉祥佛曲组与吉祥欢唱组多位师姐的鼎力支持。

在两个小时中，学员们全神贯注地聆听法师开示影片，深入理解"赞颂即是修行"的意趣：赞颂不仅能深化对《广论》的体悟，更能在任何生命境遇中拉近我们与佛菩萨、师长的距离，提升生命境界。大家更认识到，通过赞颂修习《广论》，能在唱诵时达到更高层次的心与法的相应！

学员们兴致盎然地学唱赞颂《灯明了》，激情澎湃地跟唱《护法赞》影音档，并静心虔诚地随《文殊菩萨祈求颂》至诚的做祈请。最后，全体齐声高唱《思念》，《欢乐颂》，《祈祷的白云》等赞颂曲目。

大家都在满溢的欢乐与法喜中供养佛菩萨。本次赞颂提升课圆满结束，大家期待下一次提升课再相聚。这场震撼心灵的赞颂提升课令学员们满怀期待，热切盼望着下一次的相聚！

佛菩萨与师长是我们生命中最亮的星。弟子们愿效学水晶的精神，持续发光发亮——勤听勤唱赞颂，让妙音永驻心续，将佛菩萨与师长恒请心间，永不分离。祈愿师长的赞颂法音，透过弟子们精勤播撒的种子，终将遍地花开，广利十方！
