Obstacle Clearance and Blessings Puja
This afternoon, the Sangha Community led the lay devotees in the 88 Buddhas Repentance Practice, reciting the Heart Sutra, and chanting the Green Tara Mantra.
We sincerely dedicate our collection of vast merits from our virtuous practice at this puja, as follows:
May Singapore be prosperous and peaceful and may the COVID-19 outbreak subside.
May the COVID-19 outbreak subside swiftly in all affected countries. May humanity conquer their fear and may peace prevail.
May the noble and selfless frontline medical and healthcare professionals, police and traffic officials and all who are fighting the COVID-19 outbreak be healthy and well.
May those whose jobs and businesses are adversely affected by the virus outbreak thrive through this difficult time. May their businesses restore and soar to even greater heights and may our economy flourish.
May the patients of COVID-19 and all who are ill, speedily recover and regain their health.
May the seasonal influenza in America, locust plague in Africa, bushfire crisis in Australia and calamities happening around the world, quickly subside and may peace be upon the world.
May those who have lost their lives in all the aforementioned calamities be reborn in the happy realms or in Pureland and attain enlightenment.
