Encouragement by Abbot - Completion of Monastery
各位同学：
1，因诸多的因缘，TOP一直无法顺利取得。请大家多祈求。
2，获得TOP后，将会先让各班学员到寺院参访、礼拜，到寺院作联谊。
3，建寺组与承包商日以继夜、马不停蹄地规划、开会、勘查、检测等等，他们的内心是欢喜的，但压力也是很大的！
4，法师、建寺组、全体干部、学员、各方施主等合力建成的这座闻思修的道场，是众生的皈依处，是所有同学福友修学的宫殿！
5，TOP过后还有很多后续工作，非常需要大家的理解与配合。建寺组需要与总务组做交接，同时总务组有很多部分需要承接，工作很多。
6，今年新的组织，许多单位面对变动，现在到新的环境，很需要大家的互相体谅及配合。
7，可以预见的很多规划赶不上变化，希望大家能一起面对不同的缘起变化而有更多的学习。
8，希望大家秉持着对教法承续，一起为吉祥宝聚寺圆满的落成及教法圆满的推动，播下建立教法殊胜的种子，为您我及众生的生命写下光辉的一页！

Dear Students,
1. Due to multiple conditions, TOP is still not been received successfully. Please continue to supplicate fervently.
2. After the TOP is obtained, students will first be given the opportunity to visit the monastery, make offerings and have class gathering in there.
3. The Building Committee and contractor have been working tirelessly day and night, to plan, meet, check and test where necessary etc. While great joy resides in their hearts, the pressure on them is also as great!
4. This monastery, which is for listening, contemplation, and practice, built together by the Sangha, Building Committee, all cadres, students and all donors, is the point of refuge for all beings. It is the palace for all students, family and friends to learn and practice!
5. After the issuance of TOP, there are much work to be done, which requires everyone’s understanding and cooperation. The Building Committee and overall admin groups will be working on the handing over, with many areas and tasks to take over and shouldering of responsibilities.
6. With the new organization since earlier this year, many departments went through changes. Now that we are going into this new environment, it truly requires everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
7. It can be foreseen that many plans will not be able to catch up with changes. Hope that everyone can face up to the various conditions and changes, and learn more from these situations.
8. Hope that everyone will continue to uphold the aspiration of preserving the Dharma; push for the final completion of the monastery to establish the perfect teachings, penning a glorious page in your life, my life, and all sentient beings’ lives through planting this auspicious and excellent seed!
