Pure faith has three characteristics:
1. The object of your faith truly has good qualities that can be depended upon e.g. The Buddha
2. The ability of its teachings to eliminate afflictions when they arises.
3. The faith generated leads to peaceful and calmness of the mind.

清净的信仰有三种特征：
1. 信仰的对象有可以信赖的良好素质。比如：佛陀
2. 当烦恼升起时，依着佛陀的教戒可以断除烦恼。
3.信仰可使内心获得安乐及平静。
