谁能够救护你跳出这个恐怖来的。所以世间的宗教都从这个上来的，那么我们信佛的人呢，晓得说唯一能够帮助我们、引导我们、解救我们的只有三宝。第二，

【深信三宝，有从彼中救护堪能。】

这个时候就对了！我们信得过，而且深深地了解，确信这个只有三宝能够把我们从生死当中救护出来的，这个是真正皈依。
