• How many photo submissions can I make?

  • There’s no limit to the number of submissions and photos. However, the photos have to be unique, strictly no duplicates are allowed.

• When will the winners be announced?

  • We’ll announce the top 3 winners on our IG @bwmonasterysg on the 1st of March 2026 (Sunday). Stay tuned to our social media page!

Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to BW Monastery, whose Instagram handle is @bwmonasterysg. The “Prize” refers to a Kindling Hope book and up to S$200 in Grab vouchers, depending on the Prize tier.

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Singapore only.

• Entry is via Instagram only.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Participants must have a public Instagram account at the time of entry to allow the Promoter to view the submission.

2. How to Enter

• Post your contest photo on Instagram.

• Include the hashtag #bwmcnyphoto2026.

• Tag @bwmonasterysg in the post.

• All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 22 February 2026.

Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or late entries will not be accepted.

3. Selection of Winners

• Three (3) winners will be selected by the Promoter on 1 March 2026.

• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on or after this date.

• If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. The Prize

• Three (3) winners will each receive a Prize as determined by the Promoter.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

• If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter will not be liable if the stated Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

5. Use of Entries

By entering the competition, participants grant BW Monastery the right to feature, repost, and use submitted photos for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

6. Liability

The Promoter will not be held liable for:

• Any failure in receipt of entries

• Lost, delayed, damaged, or invalid submissions

• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the competition

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize.

7. Data Protection

Winners may be required to provide their name, mailing address, email address, and phone number for prize fulfilment purposes. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition.

8. General

• Instagram and Grab are not affiliated with or involved in this competition.

• The winner’s name and Instagram username may be announced on BW Monastery’s social media platforms.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
