《梁皇宝忏》，共十卷。又称《梁武忏》或《慈悲道场忏法》，为佛教中忏悔灭罪之忏王，也是经忏中冥阳两利的宝典，一直是学佛修行人检讨改过、洗净罪愆、消除业障、增长善根、清净身心的范本，其忏文全为佛说法语，諸佛名號更是多達十卷。

 礼拜《梁皇宝忏》最主要的宗旨，是警醒勉励我们要忏悔罪障，修十善业，深信因果，慈心不杀，广修供养，孝顺父母，如此才会有功德，才能帮助历代累世冤亲、六亲眷属离苦得乐，得以超生，而在世者更可“解九世冤亲，超七世父母，植三世福德”。所以，礼拜《梁皇宝忏》除了祖先得到利益，同时我们自己也得到无上的利益。

The main objective of the Emperor Liang Jeweled Repentance prayer is to remind and encourage us to confess and repent on our wrongdoings, practice the ten virtuous acts, have conviction on karma and its effects, be compassionate and not kill, widely practice various types of offering, be filial to parents, such that the merits developed from these actions can help successive generations of karmic creditors, departed close relatives and family members to be free from sufferings, gain happiness and take happy rebirths. For the living, it is known to be able to “resolve issues with 9 generations of karmic creditors, help parents of 7 lifetimes, and plant 3 lifetimes of merits and resources”. Hence, the practice of The Emperor Liang Jeweled Repentance prayer not only benefits our ancestors, it also helps us to gain incredible merits and benefits at the same time.
