Reflect on the past, yet looking ahead, let us use a different way, by visualising having a body that is as strong as diamond, accompanied with a determination with excellent wisdom, and recite the Diamond Sutra, to accomplish a Diamond heart to sever all burning afflictions and get ready for new challenges.
