More observation, more debate, means we need to put in the effort to learn the sutras and commentaries.

When we look at a problem, we are neither able to see the overall picture nor can we see it clearly. The "fatality" of learning the Dharma lies in using our misconceptions easily to make judgement.

Therefore, the lineage masters cautioned that we must go through extensive debates, observe from different angles, and practice well.
