Hence for now, this is what we should have a true understanding of.

所以在印度当年的教法如日中天，乃至于像阿底峡尊者那个时候这么圆满。阿底峡尊者说每天有一个成就者出现，他原因何在？就是有这个圆满的教法。那么现在呢？这个次第正表示圆满教法的全部内容—单单讲质，不一定有；有了量，还不一定有；讲到次第的话，如果你谈次第，没有质跟量，那个次等根本无从谈起。你说：“我现在烧饭了。”米没有你烧什么？跑到那个时候，说还没洗好，你作什么？所以这个一定是样样东西圆满，所以他能够有这样的一个圆满的成就。那么目前对我们来说，我们真正要想认识了解的就是这个。
