《八十八佛大忏悔文》是汉传佛教经常念诵的主要忏悔仪轨之一。八十八佛指的是娑婆世界的过去五十三佛以及现在十方世界的三十五佛。这八十八佛都可以为众生作忏悔主，因此，人们以这八十八佛作为殊胜对境，虔诚猛力发露忏悔，可以消除无边罪障，累积福慧资粮。

The 88 Buddhas Repentance Puja is one of the main repentance Pujas in Buddhism.
