Reveal your true self to your students

In this process, you do not have to portray yourself as an absolute strong person. Rather, it should benefit the students and teacher, and supportive of one another to make progress. When you reveal a more authentic side of yourself, you must have a feeling and sense of friendship with your students. When you meet any difficulties, you can approach your students for help. There is nothing to be ashamed of. You can relate to your students about your difficulties and request them to help you. You do not have to express all your emotions with anger to cause new conflicts. On the contrary, you will see that many children are actually kind and caring towards you.

向学生坦露真实的自己

在这过程中，你不用把自己塑造成百分之百的强者，应该教学相长，互相帮助。向学生坦露比较真实的自己，一定要跟自己的学生有一种友谊般的感觉。当你遇到困难的时候，可以向自己的学生求助，这没有什么放不下的。要跟自己的学生说自己有什么困难，请大家一起帮忙，这时你根本不用把自己的情绪全部用愤怒等表达出来，造成新的对立；相反还可以看到很多孩子原来那么善意，那么关心着你。
