【Cultivation of our mind】– To practice means to change
Now, to truly practice, it would mean to change. Otherwise, what is practice? So practice means to practice changing. The original state was incorrect, so you change it. Think about this, isn’t it the same with everything in this world? So once you understand this, you will be very clear.
